Agreement to these terms
By ordering, accessing or using Pixel Rack Host services, you agree to these Terms of Service and other policies that apply to the service, including our Acceptable Use and Refund policies.
Services
Pixel Rack Host provides products including web hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated infrastructure and domain-related services. Features, availability and specifications are those presented for the applicable product at the time of order.
Accounts & information
You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information and for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or services where permitted by applicable rules.
Orders, billing & renewals
Prices, billing cycles and applicable charges are presented through the ordering system. You are responsible for reviewing the order before payment. Renewal-dependent services may require payment by their due date to continue without interruption.
Acceptable use
Services must not be used for unlawful activity, malware distribution, spam, attacks, unauthorized access, abuse or activities prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems or third parties.
Domains & third-party services
Domain registrations and certain services rely on third-party providers. Availability, registration and renewal are subject to the applicable provider processes and successful processing of the order. A domain search result does not by itself guarantee registration.
Service operation
We work to provide reliable services, but internet and infrastructure services can experience maintenance, failures or events outside our reasonable control. Unless a specific written service commitment states otherwise, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Domains, dedicated servers, renewals, addons, licenses and custom work are non-refundable under the current policy.
Changes
We may update these terms or service policies when necessary. The version published on this website is the current version.
